− Unfortunately, our experience with The Caliana Ubud Resort was not positive, particularly because of the way an exceptional situation beyond our control was handled. We had booked our stay in Bali starting from 10 August 2026, but during our journey we became stranded due to the severe typhoon that affected the region and resulted in approximately 1,500 flights being cancelled. The cancellation of our flight, followed by several subsequent changes to our itinerary by the airline, prevented us from reaching Bali as originally planned. We were finally able to arrive in Bali only on the afternoon of 12 August, meaning that we completely lost the nights of 10 and 11 August, which had already been fully booked and paid for. We contacted the hotel, explained the situation in detail and provided the reasons for our delayed arrival. Amazing room with a private pool, very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast! + Everything was amazing! The room, the staff, the facilities…I highly recommend it! − A little bit further away from the center…but you can easily get a taxi.

Had a wonderful experience in Ubud. Close to everything + The place was amazing, looking into rice feild. We had a private villa with our own swimming pool. The staff was very helpful and always available to assist with our needs. Will visit again

They welcomed us with a lovely tea and made sure any questions we had were answered to and we were catered to at all times. The staff are all beautiful people. + Camera stupenda con piscina privata. Unica pecca è che la prenotazione della stanza prevedeva la vista sulle risaie che di fatto non c’era. Sarebbe opportuno non indicare in fase di prenotazione su tutti i bungalow “piscina con vista sulle risaie” se di fatto non è così.

Hôtel de charme au cœur des rizières + Très bel hôtel et surtout la villa dans la rizière 🌾 incroyable ! Bon pti dej , personnel aux petits soins 🙏🏼 je recommande ! − Le gecko énorme dans la chambre 🦎 qui s’est mit à gueuler à 6H du matin et qui m’a fait caca dessus (le bordel est accroché au plafond au-dessus du lit) Bon après c’est la nature hein , on est chez lui après tout ! C’était plus rigolo qu’autre chose 🙃

Muy bonito y equipo agradable + La habitación era muy grande y la cama era enorme y muy cómoda. Estábamos en un primer piso y teníamos un balcón con vistas a la vegetación. El desayuno era muy completo, en todas sus opciones disponibles. El personal muy amable en todo momento. − Sería bueno que el desayuno incluyera una botella de agua, que no fuera agua de filtro, para tener mejor trazabilidad.
