+ The hotel was one of the best in Indonesia we have stayed in for the price. The staff, cleanliness, location and the grounds of the hotel are so nice. Staff are happy to organise trips, boat/taxi transfers and are reasonable priced. Used their service many times during our stay and was very happy. Also, had to use the medical service and staff helped so much organising this and kept us in touch with medical services even when they had finished work. Some of the best people we have had the pleasure of meeting, a massive thank you for all your help and assistance. We will definitely be coming back. − Nothing, if you are thinking of booking then do so, you won't be disappointed.

Not recommended. They have some rooms that are very old and you don’t know that when booking. − I got torn towels and the original room i got was so old, dark and smelly with insects. Also the toilet seat was disgusting and i had to ask them to change it in both my room and that of my kids. I had to make complaints to get a better room.

+ Great facilities if you only want to stay at a resort. − It would be good if they had a courtesy bus to travel into the main area of town.

+ The hotel grounds are very nice and well kept. The pool is clean and with plenty of sun beds. The rooms are spacious, clean and towels/bedding changed daily. The bathroom is large, the water however was salt water due to issues with plumbing, unsure if this island wide or just isolated to the hotel. Staff are warm and welcoming. Location is great as on the beach, and the hotel is just on the edge of all the hassle and bustle of the main street of Gili T. Close to shops, restaurants and beach bars. − The water due to being salty when showering or bathing.

This hotel has nice looking grounds and two big swimming pools, it suits families but quite busy and noisy with lots of + I liked the out look to the beach and sunset. Plus the grounds were lovely. − That it was very hard to ever get a sun lounger around the pools. People fought for them every morning. The pool towels ran out each day which meant on our first day there we didn’t even get to use any pool towels. We also found our first room very run down and old looking.

− Certains clients réservent leur transat en déposant leur serviette, mais ne les occupe pas tout se suite. Donc pour ceux qui désirent s'installer immédiatement ne peuvent pas. Et aussi en fin de journée, manque de serviette pour aller à la piscine. Service restauration et bar est très long. Par contre buffet petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix et de variétés.

+ We could change the room from the apartements over the street to a room in the main area for free. This room was quiet, clean and newly renovated. The stuff was very nice and helpful, especially the ones at the reception. The beach was very clean. There were enough beds on the pool available at any time. There were security stuff to help cross the street at any time. − The restaurant an services were a little expensive compared to local prices. The appartments over the street were very noisy and with old furniture, but clean.

+ Sehr schöne Gartenanlage, toller Poolbereich. Grosse Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Syifa hat sich prompt um alle Anliegen und Fragen gekümmert. Außergewöhnlich guter Service. − Die Schildkrötenbecken und das Pony, welches ohne Futter und Wasser in der Sonne angekettet war.

+ The ambiance and the position of the resort were unique. We enjoyed our stay there, using also the spa and the bar at the swimming pool. Photography service really nice. One photo is printed for free, but we printed also the one at sunset :-) − The resort is a little bit old, some renovation could be necessary.

Miserabler Zustand in den Zimmern. Auf dem Notizblock und auf der Lampe waren Haare. Der Abfluss in dem Waschbecken funk + Das Personal war freundlich − Der Zustand des Zimmers war miserabel. Die Möbel sind alt und beschädigt. Die Gardinen waren fleckig. Auf dem Nachttisch und der Lampe waren noch Haare. Im Bad waren Ameisen und es gab Schimmelbefall.

+ The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff at the resort are all wonderful and a huge credit to the resort. Stayed for ten days and had to force myself to leave. 😂 − There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.
