Prima verblijf met aardig personeel + Personeel was erg aardig − Op sommige vlakken niet al te hygiënisch maar het personeel doet hun best

+ The staff is always there for you with a smile and they are very welcoming. The room was very clean as well as the swimming pool garden. The restaurant was also open until 10.30pm and with good prices. − The shower at night it seems that there is no hot water, the water temperature of the shower in the evening seems like natural still temperature but not as hot as you would like when having a shower. Location is s little bit remote if you look for restaurant or suoprmarkets nearby, it's hard to get any of that as the hotel is the main road and there is nothing to do around.Oonly walk and take grabs to visit the beached waterfalls. City....etc

+ The staff and the garden wut the pool it was very relaxed and calmed environment. The restaurant was also very nice to eat something as there isnt any or suoprmarkets nearby. Cleaning of the bedroom was also very good and they cared about you. − Nothing it's in a remote location because Sangigi area and North of Lombok it's not s torusitic area but still it's a nice chil place to walk around the beach and understand the local people.

+ Lovely pool. We were only there one night and don't have breakfast but room was clean and comfortable − Nothing - good for the price.

Slecht + Niks want we hebben betaald en zijn weggegaan − De hygiëne in de accommodatie was ronduit slecht. Er zat schimmel op de muren en er hing een sterke, muffe en onaangename geur in de kamer. Daarnaast zaten er meerdere vlekken op de bedlakens. We hebben meerdere keren gevraagd om de lakens te vervangen. Dit is uiteindelijk ook gedaan, maar zelfs de nieuwe lakens waren opnieuw vies en zaten onder de vlekken. De situatie was voor ons zo onhygiënisch en onaangenaam dat we uiteindelijk hebben besloten om direct te vertrekken. We hebben geen enkele nacht in de accommodatie overnacht. Dit was absoluut niet wat wij hadden verwacht en vonden de staat en hygiëne van de accommodatie totaal onacceptabel. We zijn dan ook zeer teleurgesteld over ons verblijf.
