+ Everything about Rimba was outstanding. Great food, beautiful grounds and pools, lovely and helpful staff. And being part of the wider Ayana complex - so you can visit the other resorts for meals or swimming etc - was special too. Highly recommended!

I will not stay at Rimba again. + I did not have breakfast − My room was in an area of the hotel that felt like a basement, the shower was positioned in a round bathtub and to get into the shower you have to climb over a 50cm rim. Dangerous. There was no vanity. Bathroom was very small. The tv was awkwardly positioned in a corner and there were no movie channels. The room was claustrophobic.

I wouldn’t recommend it anymore + Good breakfast − I stayed here three years ago and everything was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. No one came to show me the room, and the level of service was not the same as before. The place was extremely crowded, to the point that the staff could barely keep up with the guests and provide proper service.
