will still return since it's cheaper and the place is decent. i know what to bring next time.. + accessible.. fast wifi i must say- was able to work while staying here. smooth check-in. − mugs were dirty- there were black stains.. no drinking water in the floor we are staying- had to go down to "fetch" water.. no shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste, just 2 small soaps..

+ I like how spacious their room is and how accommodating their staff. Their price is very traveller-friendly. It is also a bit far from Cebu City. Though it is just 30 minutes away but the traffic can extend the travel time from 30mins to 1 hr. − Their parking space is limited for 3 cars only and is reserved for their permanent tenants. We were thankful that the staff in the gasoline station beside the manor let us park in the gasoline station for two nights.

peaceful actually, + bed and the aircon seems good, − no offense, but i saw yellowish on cr bowl, bedit seems slow water flows, no slipper, no shampoo, no toothpaste, toothbrush, trash can at the cr only,

My stay was great! There are nearby restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. I will definitely stay there again. + It’s cleanliness and the place is quiet. It is also very near to supermarket and public market. − They don’t provide indoor slippers and no microwave oven to reheat the food. Though i’m not sure if there’s one in the front desk. And no cold drinking water.

+ The location was perfect. It is within walking distance of Sacred Heart - Ateneo de Cebu and the big grocery store, Metro Gaisano. It also has a Shell convenience store at the front. It also has a good cafe and burger place on the other side of the road. − it didn't have ref but it's still ok..

+ belle chambre, très calme, un peu surpris par le matelas quand je me suis assis dessus mais j'ai dormi comme un bébé! − Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, malheureusement pas de frigo dans la petite cuisine, donc obligé d'acheter boisson par boisson dans la station essence en face. aussi, 2 jours avant notre arrivée, quelqu'un (booking???) a modifié notre réservation de jeudi à vendredi sans nous prévenir. Etablissement injoignable, j'ai dû me rendre sur place pour régler le problème avec Tess, qui a pu corriger le problème très rapidement. Encore merci Tess!
