Can be better in maintenance + Helpful staff, great location :) − The building is old, room i was in is also old and had bed bugs. Front desk is very helpful tho. The photo is not as bright as in person.

+ It is quiet and clean. I like that it is just a walking distance from convenience stores, restaurants and some fast food chains.

+ Located next door to CFO. − Aircon was very noisy until we turned off Auto. Fan in CR very loud also. Noisy street outside.

Convenient for purpose of trip to Cebu but would recommend spending more to upgrade room. + Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Was next door to CFO building (was only reason why we booked this hotel). − Room was small. Bed was uncomfortable. I could not sleep and resulted in sore back. No bidet, hair drier, or iron/ironing board.
