Die Unterkunft ist okay die Lage gut. Eine Anreise mit dem PKW. Bei diesem Hotel würde ich nicht empfehlen. + Die Lage ist relativ zentral und in der Nähe des Domes. − Wir sind mit dem PKW angereist und es war sehr umständlich behauptet, das Gepäck ins Hotel zu bekommen.

I informed the reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was not resolved, nor was I offered a transfer to another room. I stayed for three nights and had to deal with this inconvenience for the entire stay.

Cómodo y magnífica ubicación. + Su ubicación a nada caminando de la Torre de Pisa. La atención de la señorita de recepción muy atenta e interesada en el bienestar del huésped. Había una terrazita compartida con el cuarto de al lado.

Для одной ночи вполне приемлемо. Но на более длительное время я бы там не оставалась. Персонал приветливый и это было пр + Очень хорошее место расположения, в самом центре. До Пизанской башни 3 минуты, рядом много уютных ресторанчиков. Из плюсов если у вас тяжелый багаж, в отеле есть лифт. − Отель и всё в нем, требует реновации. Мебель старая. Нет холодильника.

+ Very good location − They stated that the hotel had parking, but there was no parking available. They also promised to help us find parking, but ultimately they were unable to do so. What made the situation even worse was the way the staff treated my pregnant wife. They were rude and disrespectful toward her, which was completely unacceptable.
