Confort, ubicacion y vistas en Piazza Navona + Las suites están ubicadas en un Palazzo en plena Piazza Navona, con vistas desde todas las suites directamente a la Piazza. No se siente nada de ruido desde la calle porque las aberturas son muy herméticas así que esta todo más que bien. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, modernas, con todos los servicios, con camas cómodas y baños muy funcionales. La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para recorrer la ciudad y para encontrar muchas opciones a la noche para cenar y volver tranquilos a una calle muy animada. − No es algo negativo pero es bueno saber que no cuenta con recepción 24 hs pero Francesca está en el hotel siempre por las mañanas y cuando hay check in o check out. También está disponible por whatsap, la comunicación con ella fue muy fluida y te proporciona toda la información necesaria para moverte en la ciudad. Fue una anfitriona encantadora y muy responsable.

Not a staffed hotel but great location + Location and view of Piazza Novana was great. Staff was very helpful and kind and they served a nice continental breakfast. The place has been nicely updated and is clean. The bed was comfortable. − If you have issues with stairs this might not be the place for you as they had no elevator and you have to carry your suitcase up some stairs. Also, this is not a staffed hotel. The assistant is only there during certain hours. They charge pretty healthy fees ($150) for checking in out of the normal time frame. However we checked in during the afternoon after their regular hours and the accomodated us at no charge. Finally, bed was comfortable but pillows were not. They had one really puffy pillow and a super hard flat pillow.

Absolutely perfect stay for a couple, worth every penny for that view + Simply sensational. Ultimate wow factor. From entering through the green doors it was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Covered all the basics as well, comfy beds, excellent air con which was needed during the heat wave. Loved this stay and would recommend to anyone. − At one point the shower appeared to run out of hot water. Not really a problem as it was 37 degrees outside

Fantastic central location - private apartment vibe + Sensational central location. Loved the balcony views over the piazza and we were VERY impressed with the soundproofing of the balcony doors - once shut - couldn't hear a thing!

Impeccable customer service, outstanding care, fantastic rooms. + Perfect location close to everywhere you want to get to. The rooms are reached by two flights of stairs. The staff were fantastic. Although its mainly unmanned accommodation, help was on hand via a Whatsapp channel which I thought was a great idea!! Lorenzo was there to greet us on arrival and he couldn’t do enough for us. Such a credit to his employers-he really was so welcoming and helpful. I dont think we’ve ever had such wonderful customer service in Italy. Thankyou for being so lovely!! We loved everything about our room - the toiletries, the free softdrinks, the cleanliness and space within the room. If we could pick up all up and have you there to welcome us at other Italian destinations, we would! 💖 − Nothing negative to say.

Grwat location but pricey for what it is + Incredible location, staff always tried to be helpful. − First night our a/c wasnt working.. we did get an upgrade next night but for a 2 night stay was quite the faff. Also a bit pricey considering amenities were rather limited.

Esto deben anunciarlo en Boomi g. No es un verdadero hotel porque tiene solo 3habitaciones. La experiencia nuestra fue mala porque no andaba el aire acondicionado y nos enteramos al llegarv

Fascino intramontabile di Piazza Navona + La posizione è superlativa: il terrazzino si piazza Navona una perla rara. La stanza spaziosa ed arredata con gusto − Dato il costo del pernottamento, investirei pochi euro in più per servire prodotti meno industriali a colazione. Capisco che debba essere tutto confezionato ma tra una fetta biscottata Mulino Bianco tutta frantumata e biscotti di qualità o confetture biologiche meno zuccherate ed al vero sapore di frutta c’è una grande differenza… secondo me migliorerebbe anche il punteggio degli ospiti, soprattutto stranieri 😊
