+ This place was, without exception, the worst accomodations I have ever accounted, anywhere in the world. The room was so small, it resembled a closet. I actually asked for 2 single beds for my son and I, but were faced with sleeping in a double bed. We were so disgusted with the facilities that I had no choice but to vacate the premises and drive back to my home address in Devonport, a journey of some four hours.

Great place for a break, good price, rooms as described, breakfast included, central. + Was as described, close to what we wanted to see, good price. − No lift, long strip of stairs, which may hinder some guests with large pieces of luggage.

Comfortable, friendly , clean, budget friendly , family run accommodation + Comfortable bed and bedding ,nicely presented , the room was fresh and clean , a short walk down the hall to private toilet/shower one assigned to each room means you can leave your toiletries safely behind a locked door . Nice dining area and functional kitchen with a great selection of cereals, milks, bread and spreads . Immaculately clean throughout. A few minutes walk from town centre . A hidden gem . − Nothing to dislike - situated across from the hospital and in the city so occasional outside noise , but nothing compared to 24 hour noise in Bangkok or Manhattan . Easy to get back to sleep because it’s quiet and peaceful inside .

The best kept gem of a place to stay in Hobart! + We stayed in the King 9 room which had a very comfortable king size bed, an en-suite, mini fridge, coffee machine and good size flat screen smart TV. The biggest bonus was we could bring our non shedding dog. Ange was very helpful and had great communication. − There is nothing not to like! Just be aware this accommodation is not top end luxury 5 star, but it is a very comfortable family run business that is in the heart of Hobart

Duidelijker aangeven dat er meer type mensen zijn of maak keuze tussen opvangplek en Booking.com + Bedden waren goed! − Tegenover de emergency, wat voor geluidsoverlast zorgde en locatie leek soort opvang voor allerlei mensen, dit was ongemakkelijk. Als ontbijt stond er wat brood en wat ontbijtgranen, erg karig en van personeel hebben we niemand gezien gedurende hele tijd
