+ Great location, friendly staff. Bed was large and comfortable. − The room smelt of smoke which wasn’t didn’t go away after airing out the room. The bathroom was clean, albeit the shower had a fair amount of black mold around it which produced a very overwhelming smell.

+ Fantastic location and some free parking but this cannot be relied on. Paid parking just around the corner. Good size room, tea/coffe in room. Lovely and clean linen, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Nice fresh breakfast included − WiFi not too good for me

Loved our stay. Will go back. + The lobster is in a great spot in the centre and very close to the beach. Staff were all excellent. Love the traditional pub. Food amazing, lots of unusual choices. Room was modern but fitted with the pub. − Our room was a bit small. Some of the others were much larger.

Good value + Location staff and breakfasts were good − The inside of.the sliding,/ sash window had not been cleaned recently. Some mould in the shower had not been removed

Great location, uncomfortable bed. + Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff. − We usually like a firm bed but this one was rock hard neither of us slept very well, some of the grouting on the shower was black. No dairy-free milk option for coffee and tea at Breakfast was disappointing.

Good value in great location + Great location, nice pub near seafront. Family room a good size, friendly staff. Optional breakfast. − Family room has a tiny bathroom and very warm. A fan is provided.

A snapshot visit to Norfolk to see what we thought of the area which was an enjoyable success. + Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and any requests were not a problem. Room was clean and well appointed and bathroom was spotless with a good shower. − Nothing as all as expected.
