Not bad. Just needs better cleaning + I stayed for a week and its not a bad hotel the staff are very friendly. They just need to work on their cleanliness. It turns out they only clean your rooms if you specifically request it and leave a sign on your door. I did this two days and they still didn’t clean the room. Bathrooms really should be cleaned regularly. The last night I went to the bar and a member of the kitchen staff arrived for work. He told his colleagues to stay away from him as he had “the plague” a bad cold I believe he was referring to. He then donned his chef’s attire and went to serve food. Safe to say we ate out that night. Genuinely not a bad hotel. Just needs a bit better oversight.

Great Stay + Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The check in time was nice and quick and had no issue in doing so. When arriving at our room, we was very satisfied how clean the bedroom was, as well as to how nice it was. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

Never again! + My wife and I have stayed in this Premier several times before and enjoyed it, which is why we booked again. On arrival at the car park it looked just the same except for some obvious building work going on. Signing in was easy and the room was the usual Premier quality. So everything was much as expected so far. We then tried to book dinner to include our son-in-law and grandson which was the only reason we had come to Tewkesbury. We were informed that only residents were allowed to eat in the restaurant!! After much pleading it was agreed that an exception would be made and our get-together could go ahead. However, when we entered the restaurant, the need for the new ruling became obvious; what once had been a lovely, homely pub-style restaurant that could accommodate 300+ customers had become a very plain canteen with 56 covers. It appears that this is happening at many other Premier Inns. Apparently the reason is to sacrifice eating space to contruct more rooms i.e…

Good stay! + We were here for one night and although we arrived pretty late, we had a lovely friendly welcome. It's next door to the train station and not far from the town centre too. Our room was on the top floor and it was very spacious, clean and with all the usual Premier Inn features plus their lovely comfy bed. It was very quiet so we had a great sleep. Breakfast was really good, the restaurant was quite large but we did find it pretty cold in there. All in all, it was one of the nicer Premier Inns we have stayed in.

Unmanned hotel? + Hotel reception staff never ever pick up their phone no matter the time for day. After 2 weeks of trying to call, spoke with female staff who was searching for my booking on a WRONG date and kept saying my booking did not exist. No apologies for my wasted time

Good stay + Came here with family as we were having a family gathering at a restaurant near by. There was issues with staff sorting rooms out so we didn’t get in our room until 4:00pm or so. But they opened the restaurant so we can have a drink. Our room was ready during our drinks which we managed to check in. Comfy beds as usual. Would go again if in area.

5* business stay + We stay here on a weekly basis for work purposes and everytime its a great stay. The rooms are always clean and the food in the restaurant is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to racheal (rachel) on reception, who goes above and beyond everytime we stay, she has a friendly smile and is always chatty and nothing is evwr too much troubke with any issues. She is a credit to the company! Which is also a reason we always come back to this prwmier inn

Great Hotel + The hotel was easy to find straight off the motorway. The receptionist was lovely and the room, even though quite a walk, was lovely. We also had breakfast which was excellent

Great room, everything else let us down + Our room was not ready when we arrived around 3.30pm. There was a queue and we discovered they were short staffed and our rooms were not cleaned. It was suggested we wait in the new restaurant. We had to wait til 5pm for the room to be ready! The coffee, we feel should have been complimentary after this wait. We had less time to get ready for dinner at 6pm, as we were out to an event at 7 30pm. We had to wait nearly 45 mins for four little plates to arrive. Then there were issues with the til. The staff did their best, but felt there wasn't enough of them overall. Hopefully the teething problems will diffuse with time. The room was great and we slept well 😃

Clean and comfortable + Parking was free (whilst multi-storey cannot be used) and very close. Very friendly. Everything was very clean and they have the comfiest beds!

Car patking let the experience down + I think the only thing that lets Tiverton Premier Inn down is the car parking. The multi story is accessible but is costly.Also I was stung by having a parking permit stuck to my windscreen.This was because the ticket machine at 10.30 decided not to issue a ticket after an attempted payment. Consequently an over zealous park attendant stuck a notice on my screen at 7.0am.Not impressed so I think Premier Inn needs to have an agreement with Mid Devon Council about resident stays.

Great view + Very nice room, great view. Hotel is a bit "tired" but overall it was clean Would definitely stay there again, ideal for Princess Theatre, 5 minutes walk

+ The room was fairly basic, which is what we expected given the price. That being said, it met our expectations: it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was decent. To top it all off, the hotel staff was friendly. All in all a pretty good little hotel.
