Super experiencia + Mi habitación estilo japonés era preciosa, ademas elegí la opción de baño Onsen privado y me encantó, vale muchísimo la pena pagar ese extra. Los Onsen públicos limpios y cómodos, y desde la terraza pude ver el Fuji perfectamente. Te dan una especie de yukata para ir por el hotel y un pijama estilo japonés, ese detalle me encantó. También elegí vistas al lago y fue maravilloso todo. El detalle de poner mi nombre en la puerta de la habitación con un mensaje de bienvenida me encantó también, demuestra como cuidan cada pequeño detalle. Ah!! Y me llevaron con furgoneta del hotel a la estación de Kawaguchiko sin coste! Detallazo. Vale la pena muchísimo. − No es que no me gustara, pero a mi como europea de me hace un poco duro desayunar caldo de pescado o pescado crudo, pero entiendo perfectamente que es lo que es un desayuno japonés, así que no es queja para nada.

Sul lago e con vista del Monte Fuji + Struttura elegante con personale molto qualificato. Bella l'esperienza di dormire sul futon, la stanza era decisamente grande con un bel tavolo per prendere il thè. Colazione superba. Terrazza all'ultimo piano dove c'è l'Onsen con vista mozzafiato sul Fuji. − Alla nostra camera mancava un minimo di vista dalla finestra....altre davano verso il lago e credo fossero da favola.

食事は、美味しかったです。 + 景色は良かった。部屋に露天風呂があったのは、良かったが、温泉ではなかったのが残念だた。 − お風呂から出た所の足拭きマットまでか、チクチクするマットなのがきになった。

+ Rodzina bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym obiekcie wliczając kolację i śniadanie w stylu japońskim. Bardzo dziękuję personelowi hotelu za pomoc w udanym przedterminowym ściągnięciu z poczty naszych walizek (które nadałem nie na ten dzień co trzeba).

+ 食事は夕飯朝食とも食べられないくらいで、とても美味しかったです。ご飯の説明をしてくれると、もっとよかったと思いました。 また、お部屋が清潔でテレビも2台ありのんびり過ごせました。 − アメニティが足りないものがあり、足りてるアメニティもあり、ワザと？と思いながら、モヤモヤしました。夕飯の時間が、遅くても6時半以降は難しいと言われたので、最初にわかるとお腹を調整できるかな？と思いました。

最高！ + 部屋食ができた！ 部屋はおまかせでどきどきしていましたが、ちゃんと河口湖の見えるお部屋をご用意していただきました。 お風呂も貸切じゃなくても2箇所いいお風呂が入れて満足です。 駅に向かう際もスタッフさんの方から声をかけていただいて送っていただきました。

Incredible attention to detail! Superb stay!! + The property location was great looking out across the lake and close to a selection of restaurant, food trucks and close to Lawsons. Next door was a bike rental shop which was very handy so we could ride electric bikes around the town and to view Mt Fuji from Oishi Park. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel which we wish we had eaten at as the included breakfast was incredible and with a great view. The staff made us feel as though we were at a private tea ceremony they were so wonderful!!! They were very attentive and we felt well looked after and nothing was too much trouble for them. The attention to detail throughout the venue was magnificent esp for the price which I believe was incredibly reasonable compared to other venues. There is a private Onsen for hire on the roof top as well as a public Onsen. We used the larger onsen downstairs but had it to ourselves. So you of Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back.

Miyajima enamora. + Todo Aplaudo al personal que fue muy cuidadoso, ya que uno de nosotros tiene alergias alimentarias y en verdad todo momento tuvieron la atención y cuidado en el manejo de sus alimentos. − A lo mejor actualizar Instalaciones, pero aún asi tiene su encanto
