Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff + We really enjoyed our stay here for Coachella. The room was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The location was good for the festival as the shuttles are right outside. − The cafe closed early every morning at like 9:30am.

+ The room size, pool and quiet area − They try to put me in a room where construction was going even if hotel was half empty on the hallway but they moved us to another one without issue

+ We liked the location . The room was quiet and clean. − The lobby didn’t smell good- it use to. The ice water and coffee were gone. The trash cans by the elevators were overflowing and VERY stinky! The trash cans by the door to the parking lot were so smelly we had to hold our breath. The lobby wasn’t cool. Just felt very uncared for .

Hotel, OK - attitude and service: horrible. I would never book this hotel again. + We had breakfast included. We had two coffees, a bagel and an avocado toast, The attitude of the server was horrible, she then charged $43,50 to room. When checking out, the promised an immediate refund. The refund never came. I have to file against the hotel. A shame really.

My day was decent, but I preferred the bathroom and bed to be more upkeep. Unfortunately, with time to furniture are so + Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great. − Bathroom was a little dirty bed looked like somebody had laid on it. Couch was extremely dirty.

Quick getaway from LA + James at the front desk is truly one of a kind. Having stayed at many hotels and motels over the last few years, I can easily say his hospitality stands out. Since my wife and I weren't familiar with the area, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we were completely comfortable. The hotel's location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from local stores and restaurants.

Don't know if I would ever stay here again! Your app should have let us know it was under renovation + It was close to where we needed to be. − There was no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, no real amenities at all! Very disappointing overall because we have stayed here numerous times before.
