+ החדר היה נקי ומסודר. − אין איש צוות שבאמת אפשר להעזר בו והוא מדבר אנגלית. בנוסף המיקום מבודד מאוד. לנו זה התאים כי רצינו להיות קרובים לשדה התעופה. והיום לנו פחות מ24 שעות להעביר.

Kurzaufenthalt mit Glanznote + Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelmanager klappte hervorragend. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir mit Verspätung eincheckten. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und mit komfortablen Betten ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer glänzt modern und ist mit einer Duschkabine ausgestattet. Vom Hotel aus braucht man nur ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Flughafen Tbilisi, was der Grund für die Buchung dieses Hotels darstellte.

+ Чистый и современный отель на Исани. До метро минут 10 быстрым шагом. В номерах чисто, бельё чистое, вайфай работал, вода горячая текла. Возле гостиницы можно паркануть свое авто, возможность присутствует. Сама улица тихая и спокойная. Ну наверное вот и основные моменты. − Отсутствие телевизора. Без него грустно.

Teleurstellende bejegening + Het hotel gekozen vanwege de ligging dichtbij het vliegveld, waar ik de volgende dag vroeg naartoe moest. Ontvangst was ok, maar blonk niet uit in vriendelijkheid en communicatie. Het was fijn dat ik eerder kon inchecken. De kamer was ruim, de bedden goed. Vanwege mijn vroege vertrek had ik geen ontbijt. − Wat echt een domper was, was dat de douche niet schoon was gemaakt. Toen ik in klaarstond een douche te nemen viel op dat er veel lange zwarte haren op de vloer lagen, urine op de vloer en een snipper wc-papier in de douchebak. Na een opmerking via booking.com werd er telefonisch contact opgenomen door een jongedame die zichzelf erg belangrijk leek te vinden. Haar hele houding was gericht op zo snel mogelijk afschepen. Ze vroeg of ik al gedoucht had. Het antwoord was JA. Dan kon ze niet meer controleren en de schoonmaakster was al naar huis. Op mijn reactie dat het wel te controleren was omdat ik geen lange zwarte haren heb (ik ben kaal:) kwam alleen maa…

Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any friend traveling to Tbilisi! + Exceptionally friendly/helpful staff, clean room, great location (close to the airport) and in a cool neighborhood with plenty of places to explore nearby! Would come back here in a heartbeat!
