Bad + Only adrees near of metro − The staff’s attitude is very cold and unfriendly, and you feel like they are forced to deal with you. The room is extremely hot, even though the hotel states that the rooms have air conditioning. However, the air conditioning is only for the staff, while the rooms are very hot. The bathrooms are in poor condition, and the water stays on the floor. The room was cleaned only once, and they did not change the bed sheets or even empty the trash. There is no refrigerator in the room, and even drinking water is not provided. Whenever we ask the staff for anything, they look at us in an unpleasant and judgmental way.

− What did you like about the property? Absolutely nothing. This place shouldn't even be allowed to operate. What didn't you like about the property? This was a horrific, absolute nightmare of a stay for 2 nights. The room was a stifling box with no AC, feeling like a literal oven. The bathroom was disgusting—water was leaking everywhere, creating a slippery, flooded disaster zone. To top it all off, the toilet (commode) was completely blocked and useless. It is a filthy, unhygienic scam of a hotel that lacks basic human standards. Taking money for such garbage conditions is daylight robbery. Avoid this filthy trap at all costs! Write a short sentence to sum up your stay. An utterly filthy, disgusting, and scam of a hotel—stay away!

+ It's very near to metro, and only 3 stations to the city center (metro Duomo). The street is OK at day, a little noisy at night, with people lying on the benches etc. The room was quite clean, bed comfortable, all functional, small but we used it only to shover and sleep. The price was good. There's a coffee machine in the hall. No bugs. − The man in the reception wasn't very nice at first, even though we were polite and I speak Italian. We expected a bagage storage, but we were told to leave the bagage simply in the hall, not even behind the desk or in some small chamber, even if there were some. Later during the week, he was nicer. He was the only staff we saw. The room was not cleaned all week. There's no lift, but we were in the first floor, so no problem for us.

Lugar aceptable si lo que buscas es un alojamiento de emergencia para pasar la noche + El precio era lo único bueno − El alojamiento está en una zona muy ruidosa, se escucha todo lo de la calle y de dentro del edificio. En plena ola de calor teníamos un ventilador que con el cable apenas daba a una parte de la cama y el baño estaba no muy limpio
