+ This is a fantastically well situated property, very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. It is a period building, very quiet and peaceful with the windows closed but be aware that you are in the centre of a very busy city. Alex and Carine are wonderful hosts, genuine and generous with a wide knowledge of the area. The property is clean and spacious, breakfasts are served in the room and the day staff are friendly and helpful.The hotel is surrounded by great places to eat feom everyday bistros to 3 star Michelin. We ate at Le Hide, Pierre Gagnaire, Cesar and Les Cocottes. The metro is very close but you can also walk to the Seine and all of its attractions within 25 minutes. A great spot and a big thank you to Alex and Carine for a wonderful stay.

+ Great location (next to the Arc de Triomphe, restaurants, bistros, shopping, RER, metro, bus). The hotel was awesome! Hotel is in a beautiful, historic building with a true French charm. We were staying in the Bastille room which is the smallest out of all but to our surprise was spacious for two people to share. The room had a modern bathroom (simply amazing!). We loved the bed!!! It was VERY comfortable. Great breakfast selection (baguette, croissants, cheese, butter, jam, freshly squeezed orange juice, omelets, just to name a few). And did I mention an amazing and friendly staff??? All which made the stay a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay there next time!

Loved this little place. Great breakfast options. + Awesome hotel. No AC, but they had a fan and the room stayed cool. It was very clean and in a very cool older building. The service was good and their breakfast was amazing. Good location. Close to many attractions and easy access to subway.

5 Star Across the board + I’ve not had a place truly impress me in quite some time but Paris Square exceeded my expectations!! The service, hospitality, rooms, everything was 5 Star quality! My family and I had an amazing stay and certainly will be booking rooms here again in the future. Keep up the good work Paris Square!

Great hotel for families. + Very well located hotel. Large family suite. Breakfast above standard for Paris hotel. Very fast wifi, I measured 75mbs. Free video streaming and phone. Only inconvenience was the very small elevator, but that is usually the case in Paris small hotels.

+ We stayed in the Vendome room, which provided a comfortable pull out bed for our teenagers, as well as a kings sized bed for my husband and I. The room has tall ceilings and feels spacious even for 4 of us. There is a small ensuite and a table for breakfast. A delicious breakfast is served each morning to your room. We had a sellection of Crossaints, bread, ham and cheese, with plenty of fresh orange juice, hot chocolates and coffee. (There is plenty of hot milk and a nespresso machine to make more coffee.) The location of the property is easy to find and is a 2 minute walk from Charles De Gaulle - Etoile Metro and the Arc Du Triomphe. The area is quiet, even though you are minutes off the very busy and popular Champs Elysee. The location is great - you are minutes up the road there is a bus stop of the Louis Vuitton Foundation - worth a visit. A few stops for La Louvre, Musee D'Orsay. Take a taxi to the Tour Eiffle - less that 6 Euros! Then you can walk back along the st…

Kids are charged as adults! + This review is not about the room nor their service, that was mostly ok. Rather my review is about what I was charged for the room. And I was charged extra of around 160CA$ under "taxes and fees" bcs property owner considers underage kids to be adults. In fact I was told all kids above 3yr old are considered adults! LOL, that calls for new standards on how old kids should be to be considered kids, be aware when you book this property. To not forget to mention that we ran out of hot water after first short shower.
