Ghost place to sleep, no people around, no help at all when problems + Rooms are quite big − It is not a real hotel, it is several rooms in a basement, with no one in charge. I was a disturbing place. I had an urgency and I needed to contact them and they didn't even answered my messages, a bit scary. Not in booking or the phone number provided. I also had problems to enter in the place and no one helped me with that either. Really bad experience.

Pleasantly surprised + Excellent facilities in the room, very clean, reasonable price compared to others in the area and complimentary items were a lovely touch . Thank you − Not the easiest find as while of outside was covered in scaffolding and one entrance door tucked away with small signage on side wall only.

Great find + Very helpful man called Geoff, had a problem locking door. But place was very secure. He came straight over to fix. (Needed new battery i think ) was directed to car park 4.00 for 24hrs − Only negative there was a strange smell coming from the shower, but could be due to building work. Would definitely stay again. Never asked about car park until we had parked at q park 3.30 for 5mins 😔

Lovely place + Modern, clean and lovely. Good facilities in the room, kettle, iron,. Hair dryer, smart tv. Location is out of the busy areas but just a little walk. Was great location to access centre, docks and the comedy club which we were there for. − Whole building has scaffolding on apart from The door and work was being done which was quite loud early in the morning and made it hard to find as it was just a small door with a small laminated sign but I under this is only temporary and won’t be an issue since work is completed. So no issues apart from this!

Value for money in a great location + Great location. Check in was as described. Value for money compared to other properties available. A help yourself breakfast in lobby was a nice touch. − Bed wasn’t that comfortable. We had to have window open as room was stuffy and there was a far amount of noise from outside which disturbed sleep a little. As room was underground there wasn’t a great amount of natural light.

+ 1- Beds is too rough and you feel like you are sleeping over metal bars.. 2- toilet in room 4 was stinky so badly which is we couldn't go to sleep and we ended up to put some covers over our noses.. but thanks to the housekeeper she moved us to another room.. 3- Room 11 has building work outside and kids couldn't go to sleep from 7 am and onwards because of that's much of drilling and banging on the walls.. 4- OVER ALL THE WHOLE BUILDING IS COVERED UP BY BUILDERS SCAFFOLDING AND YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE THE OUTSIDE AT ALL.. 5- AND IF I KNEW THAT THERE'S WORKS ON THE BUILDING I WON'T EVEN THINK TO BOOK IT.. − 1- Beds is too rough and you feel like you are sleeping over metal bars.. 2- toilet in room 4 was stinky so badly which is we couldn't go to sleep and we ended up to put some covers over our noses.. but thanks to the housekeeper she moved us to another room.. 3- Room 11 has building work outside and kids couldn't go to sleep from 7 am and onwards because of that's much of drilling…

Fantastic value for money stay, a short walk from Liverpool city centre + Geoff was on hand on the phone when we had check in issues. Perfect − Mirror not within cable length of a socket to dry hair.

Would recommend and walkable distance to town centre + Great communication with clear check in details (no reception) and eaely check in coordinated easily. At reception and in room generous amount of tea, coffee and water; also free drink/snack items. Good size room, bathroom and comfy beds
