+ 1階ロビーはとてもセンス良く飾られていて、季節感もあり素敵なのに、同じフロアにあるトイレは古くお掃除も今ひとつ。トイレはもう少し綺麗にされた方が良いと思います。なんだか他が素敵なので尚更もったいないなと思いました。

+ 美しくて広い！とにかく広い！美しい！！ 異世界に彷徨ったような感覚になるほどの広さと美しさ。 温泉もとても広くゆっくりできる。

+ 6階の部屋でしたがトイレの水圧がかなり弱いです。家族が使用する度に水が流れるか不安になるほどでした。 トイレの水圧は改善すべきだと思う。 あと家族でお風呂の時間などバラバラなのでお部屋の鍵は2つはある方が親切だと思う。

+ 전체적으로 멋진 호텔입니다. 로비, 카페, 책방 등이 멋있었습니다. 방과 대욕탕은 오래되어서 낡은 느낌으로 깨끗하게 정된되어 있기는 하나 리뉴얼이 필요하다고 생각됩니다.온천물이 좋아서 피부가 매끈매끈합니다.

not recommended. tourist trap + well. for the price. not good. my room : ok size, old bath tub with moss. smells like soy soyce spill, next room loud i can hear kids screaming at 1 am. also on going construction in front. sauna water is so little, sauna is so old and so cold. toilet is so cold. my ass frozen. i made reservation 3 months ago but they did not say ‘dinner is not available’. had to look for local restaurant for 1 hour. luckly we found local restaurant. if not, i could have eaten at 7/11 store. been to many japanese ryokan and hotel. this is the worst local motel with nothing around. this is tourist trap motel in middle of nowhere. nothing traditional about it. i rather drive 1 hour to kumamoto stay in nikko hotel or the blossom kumamoto hotel.

+ 모든 시설이 낙후되었으나 제대로 보수를 안하고 있음. 방의 욕실의 샤워기의 온도를 조절하는 것이 어렵고, 사용 도중에 수온이 마구 바뀌어 냉수가 나오다가 뜨거운 물이 나오다가 함. 제일 놀란 것은 추가 요금을 이중으로 청구해 놓고 잘못된 것을 지적하니 들켰네 하는 표정이었고 사과도 하지 않았음. 누구나 실수를 할 수 있겠지만 그것이 잘못 되었음을 인정하고 사과하고 반성하여야 개선이 될 수 있는데 그렇지가 않았음.

나쁘진 않았는데 다음엔 다른 곳을 고를 듯해요. + 직원들은 친절하나 영어를 잘하는 직원이 거의 없어 의사소통이 어려움. 객실 층간 벽간소음이 너무 심합니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 온천수는 좋습니다. 다만 온천가는 길 카펫이 너무 지저분합니다. 걸어서 5분 이내에 대형마트가 있어 편리합니다.

기대이하예요. + 쓸데없이 호텔만 컸지 대욕탕도 별로. 방 컨디션도 별로 룸키가 열쇠인것도 별로 모든게 별로예요.

+ 素晴らしい宿泊でした。 大浴場も清潔で広く宿の雰囲気もよかったです。 ただ、足湯があると思って探したのですが、少し前に廃止となっていたのでご注意をしてください

+ 온천물도 좋고 조식식사도 부페스타일이었지만 사람이 몰리지않게 시간분배를 해서 붐비지않게 먹을수있어 좋았어요 터미널 도착해서 전화하면 호텔 무료 송영버스가 와서 편하게 이동 가능해요. 주변 메인도로도 도보5분이면 갈수있어요

+ A very large ryokan in Ureshino. Unfortunately, we were not able to book dinner. Breakfast buffet was sub par.

+ 温泉が良かったけど、夜のお湯の温度が少し高いのが気になった。 朝食のビュッフェは食材が新鮮でとくにサラダの野菜が美味しかった。また、お米や海苔もすごく美味しかった。 売店で売り切れのものが多数展示されていて、残念だった。

嬉野茶、最高！ + チェックインの時に嬉野茶の試飲チケットを頂いて、初めて日本茶を飲んだのが嬉しかったと娘が言ってくれました。また、朝食のバイキングも美味しかったし、家族で宿泊したいです。
