+ The hotel is right in the heart of DC. It is just a short walk to all of the top attractions. It is very clean, we had a fantastic room (apartment). It was huge and had a full kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was our first trip to DC but we will be back and we will certainly be staying here at the AKA Whitehouse.! − I can't think of any negative things to say. For the money, this place is just perfect.

Etablissement de bonne qualité, bien situé. + Appart-hôtel situé dans le centre de Washington DC à quelques encablures de la Maison Blanche et permettant des visites à pieds des principaux monuments. Station de metro Faragut West à quelques mètres permettant de se rendre directement à l'aéroport avec la Silver Line. Logement de qualité, spacieux, propre à l'arrivée, très bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, 2 TV, 2 WC etc ...). Personnel de ménage sympathique. Supermarché Whole Foods Market à 1/4 d'heure environ à pied (prix cher mais c'est le seul supermarché à proximité). − Ménage irrégulier, nous sommes restés 11 jours, le ménage a été fait le troisième jour puis n'a pas été effectué par la suite. Nous avions pourtant cru comprendre que le ménage était plus régulier pour les séjours de plus de 7 jours. La chambre n'était pas équipée d'une fenêtre et présentait un éclairage assez faible. Le matelas était creusé par endroit le rendan…
