+ המלון עצמו בסדר, אבל לא יותר מזה. החדר בגודל סביר...לא גדול מאוד. היה מקרר קטן וקומקום. הניקיון בסדר. אבל שימו לב !!! לגבי המיסעדה הכשרה במלון והאוכל הכשר ביכלל ( שזה בעצם מה שמוביל הרבה ישראלים להזמין שהיה במלון ), אז נכון שיש אוכל כשר, קידוש ביום שישי , בית כנסת וכו'... שאני לא מכחיש שזה פרוייקט מאוד יפה של אדם בשם מרציאנו , שהבנתי שהוא נישען הרבה על תרומות וכו'... אבל זו לא ממש מיסעדה, ולא ממש חדר אוכל. זה יותר ניראה ביומיום כמו כמה שולחנות וכסאות פשוטים שפזורים בלובי הקטן של המלון ואיזושהיא פינת מיטבחון קטן שבו מכינים תאוכל. ולדעתי האוכל שקיבלנו בכמה פעמים שרכלנו שם היה ברמה בסיסית ביותר וממש לא ניתן להשוואה לשום מיסעדה שאכלנו בה בתאילנד וגם לא לבית חב"ד בבנקוק או אפילו בצ'אנג מאי וגם בקוסמוי ובקופנגן. בקיצור כל שרותי האוכל דומים יותר למשהו כמו שולחנות אוכל באיזשהו בית כנסת קטן או ישיבה קטנה בבני-ברק, או משהוא כזה... אז מי שמצפה למסעדה או חדר אוכל נורמלי של מלון....שישכח מזה.

It would be appropriate to carry out a serious renovation and updates. + The bed is comfortable, although the room is a bit dated. − Access to the hotel is complicated, and you have to follow a foul-smelling alley with trash bins lining the entire path. In addition, the pool is not well maintained, and there are only two worn-out sun loungers available. The gym is very basic, and the equipment provided is simply not appealing.

תודה רבה על הכנסת אורחים מיוחדת + הייתה לנו שבת מרוממת ומענגת בזכותו של רבי דוד מרציאנו הי״ו. התפללנו בבית כנסת מפואר, תפילות מרוממות, סעודות שבת בשפע טעימות עם הכנסת אורחים נפלאה.
