+ Excelente estancia, el apartamento esta limpio y muy bien cuidado, el trato con la anfitrion fue genial, nos recibio ella y nos dio unos consejos, y nos explico el funcionamiento de la casa,el sitio es muy tranquilo con los vecinos y esta situado en pleno centro de alkmaar.

+ Thank you so much for the apartment. The place is wonderful and the views are beautiful. Thank you for your help — we are very grateful to you. We happened to be there during King's Day by chance — we didn’t know in advance that it would fall on these dates, as we originally booked the trip to see the tulips. Even on King’s Day, it was quiet and peaceful, and there were plenty of cafés where we could eat. Thank you once again 🙏🏻

Gute Möglichkeit in Alkmaar Urlaub zu machen. + Lage in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig errreichbar. Nicht weit vom Parkhaus. − Sehr frühe Kirchenglockenturmgeräusche lassen sich wohl nicht vermeiden.

Ok voor een nachtje + De ruimtes zijn groot en fijn dat er twee toiletten zijn. De keuken is goed ingericht en top dat je Netflix etc kunt kijken. De locatie is midden in het centrum dus wel hele handig. Host is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. − Het lawaai van de meeuwen en kerkklokken was wel heel hard en daardoor hebben we minder goed geslapen. De afwerking in het appartement is minder dan je zou verwachten van de prijs. Douche liep over, kranen zaten los, gordijnen gingen niet dicht, ingang en trappen huis niet zo representatief, plinten missen, krassen op de muren etc.

Comfortable central stay. + Spacious, modern and comfortable with a central location. We were sent clear instructions on checking in with a photo of the front door and were welcomed into the property by our host. − Be aware that it is on the third floor and there is no lift. Although the half hourly church bells are quaint and they didn't bother us, if you need quiet to sleep then pack some earplugs. The windows mostly overlook rooftops which is quite cool, but there were sometimes people on their roofs so I would have appreciated blinds on the kitchen/walkway windows.

Mittenmang, über den Dächern von Alkmaar. + Sehr schick ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung mit weitem Blick über Alkmaar und Dauerberieselung durch die vielen Glockenspiele ringsum. − Leider war der Fietsenstallen, die öffentliche Fahrradgarage, als wir abends um 20h ankamen, schon geschlossen. So mussten wir eine andere Lösung finden, wobei uns die Vermieterin geholfen hat.
