Completely un functional apartment as it had no toilet + Just the location − We had a lot of trouble getting in, even though there was explicit instructions like how to get the keys and then when we opened the lockbox, there were no keys and when we finally got in, we found out that they didn’t want us to use toilet paper in the toilet, which in my mind makes the whole apartment unusable. We called the owner and talk to him about that, and he didn’t seem to be very concerned I guess he thought we could hold it for three days so we left in a half an hour and got a real hotel a block and a half away and are in the process of fighting to get our money back for this completely unusable apartment

Departamento e Viena muy bien ubicado, lindo y practico para estancia de turismo o negocios. + La ubicación es excelente. La recamara muy linda y cómoda. En general la decoración es muy agradable y el espacio de la sala y cocina son cómodos y lindos. − El sofá cama de la sala puede mejorar porque no se preparó como sofá cama y la almohada disponible era muy mala. El calentador del agua también puede mejorar porque una mañana dejo de funcionar y no sabíamos que hacer porque tenía un letrero que decía: no tocar. La puerta del baño estaba desalineada y mal soportada, no cerraba bien así que salía MUCHA agua al bañarse y creemos que podía desprenderse lo cual es peligroso. Usamos muchas toallas para limpiar el agua que salió de la regadera. Todo se puede resolver fácilmente y rápidamente, así que no deberá ser un problema si el propietario hace los cambios necesarios.

Empfehlenswert mit Einschränkungen. + Sehr zentrumsnah. Alles sauber. U-bahn Station in 5-10min Fussläufig zu erreichen. − Die Einrichtung im Appartment war sehr sauber und zweckmässig, aber sehr alt und meiner Meinung nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die goldenen Tapeten und schwarzen Styroporverkleidungen der Wände muss man mögen. Des weiteren sind die Fenster zum Innenhof mit Mattglas versehen, d.h. es gibt keinen freien Blick nach draussen. Wie das bei den anderen Apartments ist, ist mir nicht bekannt. Bei der Mikrowelle fehlte ein Fuss, sodass diese immer gekippt da stand. Wir haben diese nicht benutzt. Hätten in dem Fall aber an der stelle wo der Fuss liegt etwas untergelegt, damit der Teller waagerecht steht. Die Warmwasserbereitung ist während des Aufenthalts (4 Nächte) 2 mal ausgefallen und man konnte nur kalt Duschen. Nach Meldung beim Vermieter wurde diese glücklicherweise umgehend neu gestartet und nach 1h war das warme Wasser wieder da. Des weiteren gab es Probleme mit dem TV, was u…

Bof bof + L'emplacement, le logement propre − L'absence de climatisation contrairement a ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce (il faisait 31.5 dans l'appartement et impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouverte car cest a côté des restaurant et bar donc bruit jusqu'à 2 ou 3h du matin) Pas de place de parking comme indiqué dans l'annonce (un lien vers un parking publique n'est pas une place de parking) Le logement inadapté pour 4 personnes (2 chaises pour la table haute) une table basse trop petite et inconfortable pour 4 personnes) Personne ne réponds à nos questions par message

Casa bella e proprietario SCORTESE + Posizione della struttura − -problemi con la caldaia -il proprietario non è educato e cordiale -abbiamo dovuto preparare il divano letto cercando in casa le lenzuola perché il proprietario si è rifiutato di farci trovare l'alloggio pronto per il numero di persone prenotate. -abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia gelida perché la caldaia aveva problemi, anche in questa situazione il proprietario si è dimostrato scortese.

Appartamento in posizione perfetta con tutto il necessario! + Il BnB è in una zona perfetta, alle porte del centro storico da cui è facilissimo muoversi per tutte le varie destinazioni culturali, 5 min a piedi dalla fermata della metro e ancora più vicino al tram. Letti comodi e abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina con tutto il necessario. Inoltre, anche se il check in è fatto in autonomia, l'host ha sempre risposto rapidamente alle nostre domande. Consigliato! − Servirebbe qualche appendino in più in bagno per poggiare gli asciugamani ma per il resto, tutto ok!
