Bel établissement mais relations avec les clients à améliorer de façon importante + La taille de notre suite correspondant à une petite villa. Les magnifiques jardins. Le caractère reposant de cet endroit − La façon dont nous avons été relancés pour régler le séjour avant notre arrivée, un véritable harcèlement par email et par message sur WhatsApp avec un délai de 2 heures pour faire le règlement en nous connectant en ligne avec menace d'annulation de la réservation. Sauf que cette connexion ne fonctionnait pas, erreur 403 à chaque fois d'où la nécessité de les appeler en Inde et d'obtenir enfin après moultes échanges la possibilité de régler sur place en arrivant. Quel stress !!! D'autres amis descendant dans ce même établissement à la même période ont été confrontés à ce comportement. Le personnel n'est absolument pas agréable. Pas beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner et des produits de qualité médiocre

Geweldig + Het verblijf was uitstekend. Ons huisje met zwembad voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het personeel was behulpzaam en de mogelijkheid tot roomservice maakte het perfect. Erg genoten ! − Helaas was de yoga instructeur op vakantie, waardoor wij hieraan niet konden deelnemen

This is the second time we are staying here. Overall it’s positive except the room quality. + Lovely peaceful location, very well landscaped, big rooms ideal for large families, pet friendly, excellent staff, very helpful. − One of the rooms in which our parents yard was not of great quality. Poor lighting and there was a rat in the room.

+ Property is well managed even with such huge villas. Mr. Manish Meena gets a special applaud for everything. Whether it was check in process or any call we made to reception.

+ The property was exceptionally well maintained. The villas are nestled in lush greenery with many peacocks around the property. The spiritual energy of the place is beautiful. The staff was very courteous and well trained. The rooms were elaborate with a regal feel. The food was very good. Everything we ordered was delicious. − The lights in the room seemed dim at times. The living room of the villa should have some brighter lights as well.
