No. Just no. + As soon as we got there we had to cancel our lengthy stay. The front desk lady was kind enough to accept the cancellation at no charge. − First hitting the parking lot, we knew something was off. The parking lot had belongings piled outside multiple doors, clearly from long‑term tenants, and it gave the place a rundown feel. None of this was shown in the photos. The pictures online looked bright, clean, and welcoming, but the actual hotel was the complete opposite. It felt misrepresented, neglected, and uncomfortable to stay in.

+ Reception was friendly. Understood that we won't stay in their facility. − Room not done, dirty, garbage on the floor and more. Opened the room door a decided not to stay.

I will let others know that it’s not a good place to book because of cleanliness + Absolutely nothing to like there. It was a terrible place to be it smelled very bad and dirty with lots of clutter outside other rooms and noisy so I canceled the room saying I couldn’t stay because of my allergies so I canceled and checked out but they wouldn’t give my refund The number they gave to call would not answer so I went back into the office told them to cancel they said no they can’t. So we left the property without a room and no refund . − Everything

Great spot to take a break when driving across Ontario + Free breakfast and low price, pet friendly − I don’t like to pay pet fee in extra, but other than that, nothing I didn’t like

I refused to stay and I got 50% of my money back + no breakfast − could not close bathroom door picture online looks nothing like the room door struggled to lock

You get what you pay for folks... :( + The location... and I guess u get what u pay for... soooooooi − I paid for a suite... granted I made a mistake on the booking date... so they gave me a standard room 2 dbl beds... promised me my suite for saturday night that I had originally paid for... that did not happen... different worker didn't know wtf was going on... so back to the standard dbl beds... Also the washroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we got there... toilet paper on the floor, someone else's used soap bar still in the tub, hair in the tub... Ac was basically just white noise as it barely blew any cold air out... and it was leaking... looked like they knew and decided to just put the shoe mat under it to pick up the water... fire hazard now that I think about it... hahahaha...

There was a glitch in our reservation and Nancy made things right. + Very clean and comfortable beds. − Rooms could use a refreshing. The cleaning staff used some sort of perfume to freshen the room and I’m allergic to synthetic scents.
