A very special place! + Convenient to everything. Quirky. Friendly staff. We stayed in the cathedral penthouse. It was too hot most of the time to enjoy the terrace but I’d definitely recommend it in slightly less hot times!! − Nothing not to like.

Astoundingly beautiful. + An astoundingly unusual and beautiful hotel. More like a network of exquisite old buildings joined together. So much character and atmosphere. Absolutely gorgeous. − Nothing whatsoever.

A real gem + An amazing property comprised of multiple buildings all connected with courtyards with fountains. One courtyard had a wine honor bar available til about 10pm. The building including our room was in a moorish style and allowed us to really soak in the ambiance of the city. The hotel has preserved some of the Roman foundations, cisterns, and old ovens and have them displayed almost museum style. It is perfectly situated at the entrance to the old quarter close to the Roman bridge and the mosque cathedral and all the restaurants. The morning breakfast was included for us and it was a great buffet spread with just about anything you would want. And the pool wasn’t big, but in a sunny location and welcome after a day of touring. All of the interactions with the staff were great and they were helpful with recommendations and with calling a taxi when it was time to leave. − There is nothing we didn’t like. We wish we had spent more time in Cordoba just to have more time at the h…

Live like royalty in Cordoba + To his is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to southern Spain. It is a labyrinth of rooms and filled with courtyards and has the peaceful atmosphere of a spa. The rooms are large and have high ceilings and shutters and stunning mirrors that could have come from a castle. They have modern showers and ours had a jacuzzi tub. They also have a swimming pool in the shade to cool down from the 100* days. They serve daily breakfast which was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Cordoba.
