− Malheureusement, mon expérience n’a pas été totalement satisfaisante. J’ai notamment eu un problème avec la propreté de la chambre : le drap était sale et dégageait une odeur vraiment désagréable. Par ailleurs, j’ai constaté après mon séjour que ma montre avait disparu. Je suis quasiment certaine de l’avoir eue à l’hôtel, mais malgré mon appel à la réception, aucun objet correspondant n’a été retrouvé. Je ne souhaite pas tirer de conclusions, mais la situation m’a tout de même semblé assez étrange. J’espère que l’hôtel pourra être plus attentif à la propreté des chambres et au suivi des objets éventuellement oubliés par les clients.

Overall great stay and would stay there again if we return to Marbella. + Great location, easy access to restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing, super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us, including an early check in and a late check out. − Which the bathroom had was clothes...there were only bath and hand towels.
