Good location... Room was not great value for money + Lovely location with a view of the wildlife park.. Was nice to wake up to the penguins swimming. − Bed was incredibly creased, sheet was wrong way round so had to remake the bed. Back of the toilet was loose so every time it was used it clanged.

+ We were very happy with the Hex Hotel and the Wildlife Park,we saw animals we had never seen before,and had a great time at the concerts even though it rained,we will be back − Overall, everything was great except for the long walk to the concert field and back

Very convenient and comfortable room. + The hotel was clean (although we found an abandoned balloon under our bed so attentioj to detail was a little lacking) and comfortable, we both slept well. The communal areas had ice buckets but no ice machines so that was disappointing. It was also disappointing they there was no welcome guide as you can get discounts off the park tickets and shop if ypu stay at the hotel which we weren't aware of. The breakfast was decent, the cooked options were good and refreshed regularly, they had good quality fruit and yoghurt, they were not so good at the bread and pastries on offer and didn't even stock real butter. − Lack of ice machine, lack of info. sheet.

Nice comfortable stay, all as described online. + Friendly and helpful staff. Air con and cleanliness − A cobweb on the window vent including a dead fly. Thankfully I never saw the owner of the web. However it is on a wild life park😁
