Adequate option for a short transit stay + We used Villa Joaquin Hotel primarily as a convenient overnight stop while travelling from Pattaya to Koh Samui. For that purpose, it served us perfectly well. There was nothing in particular that stood out negatively, and our stay was comfortable enough. However, the overall impression of the property and the rooms felt somewhat uninspiring and lacked the character or atmosphere that would make the experience memorable. A simple measure I often use when evaluating accommodation is whether I would actively choose to stay there again. In this case, the answer would probably be no. That said, this is not due to any specific shortcomings or issues—rather, the hotel simply did not leave a particularly strong impression. Overall, a perfectly adequate option for a short transit stay.

Prima hotelletje als je op doorreis bent en geen vertier of recreatie zoekt. + Mooi oude stijl gebouw. Vriendelijke en behulpzame staff. − Naast het ontbijt, dat ‘s morgens voor je wordt klaargemaakt, was er voor de rest geen restaurantje of bar. Op wandelafstand is er ook niet veel te vinden.

+ Es war ein schönes Familienzimmer! Die Lage ist leider ziemlich ausserhalb von Hua Hin. 30 min. zu Fuss bis man im Zentrum ist. Toll sind die Sammeltaxis. Für 15 Bath kann man ins Zentrum fahren.

Le meilleur rapport qualité prix + Notre séjour est toujours parfait, avec une délicate attention ; nous réservons toujours la même chambre depuis 3 ans à chaque fois que nous venons à Hua Hin. Cette année c'est la deuxième fois, et cette fois encore le système de réservation BOOKING n'a pas accepté ma carte de débit de Bangkok Bank, alors nous avons réservé directement. − Rien
