Lovely place - nice area but a little dark + Lovely and clean. But a little dark. Colour scheme needs to be lighter . Needs an instruction manual. I found all the air con and light switches a little unreliable

+ The location was fantastic and very convenient. We were within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions we wanted to visit, which made exploring the area very easy. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in.

Good location, but in need of maintenance + The location was very good for us – quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation itself must have been very nice when it was first renovated. Unfortunately, it now feels quite worn and in need of some maintenance. As soon as we opened the front door, we were greeted by a large number of ants, which we had to deal with ourselves, and we later found many more in the kitchen as well. Some of the furniture was damaged or unstable, with visibly worn edges and signs of general wear and tear. Overall, it seems that the property has not received enough attention or maintenance in recent years. With some care and renovation, it could be a really lovely place again, as the location and the peaceful surroundings are definitely a plus. − Unfortunately, there were a lot of ants at the entrance and in the kitchen, and the accommodation felt quite worn overall. + Great location- good restaurants close by, grocery store within 5 min walk, a bit away from the touristy loud sections of Venice. It had AC which was a huge plus as it was 92 degrees. The fridge and kitchen was nice. − The wifi was not working, but the owner had it fixed in one day.
