This was the worst experience ever! + There was nothing to like about that property or the stay! − I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent hotel stay booked through your platform. The property was in an extremely poor condition and presented serious hygiene concerns. The hotel lobby and hallways constantly smelled of marijuana, there was visible dirt and debris outside my room, the washroom was unclean upon arrival, and several areas of the room appeared poorly maintained, including broken fixtures, cracked walls, dust accumulation, and damaged mirrors. I contacted customer support during my stay, but I do not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Additionally, when discussing the matter with the hotel owner, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior rather than assistance. This experience caused significant inconvenience during an important trip for my convocation, and I would appreciate a thorough review of this complaint and guidance on an appropria…

I recommend pulling this hotel from Booking.com; it is unsanitary and duplicitous. + Nothing. I stayed for less than an hour because, upon entering the room, I immediately found excessive mold, water damage, and bugs in the mattress seams. − Nothing. Again: the suite was dilapidated, moldering and infested with bugs.

a dive motel is too good a description 👌 + it was a room with a bed. − not much worked. microwave and TV were not working. frig had no shelves. staff didn't want to provide the services they advertised. 9

It’s great if you just are looking for a cheap and affordable place to sleep + The bed was comfy, and had a smart tv, my girlfriend and I stayed the night only to sleep so it was ok − There was some sort of blood stained on the shower curtain and kiss marks from lips on the door and we found a cockroach in the room aswell
