Amazing hotel and staff! + What an amazing hotel with beyond-excellent staff! They just opened a few months ago and the room is spotless. Wonderful breakfast spread and nice Thai food at the Thai restaurant for lunch or dinner (it is a Thai chain of hotels). The best part of the hotel is the most polite, accommodating, and friendly staff I have met! Do have a chat with concierge Nellie, she is super knowledgeable, speaks well and have the best customer service mindset any employer would be blessed to have. Location wise, there is not much to see around the hotel, but you can catch a taxi or GRAB (Asian “Uber”) to Old Quarters or anywhere. Great views from the rooftop pool which unfortunately I did not have time to use.
