Nice view - comfy flat + The appartment is really comfortable and has everything needed. Take the « queen » one with the view - it makes all the difference. We were on the 9th floor. Such a small detail - but the elevator was always open ready to be used :) big thanks to Mariya at the reception - always helpful advice and so professional and nice! We really appreciate it. − All was perfect

Best ‘staycation’ ever!!! Super nice staff!! + The staff were incredible!! So friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment (502) was clean and had a modern feel. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but it had all the basics. The balcony was nice to sit and have coffee. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Also the location was great and close to the Aqua bus that we took to Granville island. It was nice to have secure underground parking. Since we arrived early we used the luggage locker which was convenient. − A little bit of (bass) music from the nightclub close by but earplugs solved that. I was aware of that after reading other comments so no problem.

+ It was a condo so had everything we needed. Very close to attractions restaurants and shopping. You could walk anywhere and it was safe. Great spot would stay again.

Neighborhood type of apartment rental. Nothing special. You get for what you paid for. + Closer to bars and restaurants in Davie and west end village. The bed was very comfortable. − The air con was so loud. And the gym is so small. Just a treadmill, a bike and some free weights. Also the check-in little late for 4pm Pacific time.

+ Room was self contained and very spacious and clean. The security to the building made us feel very safe as it was pin coded. Location it was a little bit of a walk to the attractions. Staff were more than accommodating and very friendly. Would recommend this property. − Due to the air conditioner the curtains are cut off so the street lights beamed into the bed room area made it hard to sleep after a long flight. We stayed for 2 nights so had to put a pillow over the spaces to block out the light. This was the only negative.
