Exceptional Value in Grand Prairie + We arrived after a long day of riding motorcycles the scenic road from Edmonton - Mae The receptionist Mae was alert and welcoming forthcoming with accurate suggestions and accurate dining reservation . The room was clean and the bedding and towels fluffy and new . Complementary bottled water available. The breakfast varied and plentiful. Drinks warm and cold to suit . The manager’s care to details touched us and Stephanie’s check out receptionist zeal reached us with what had been forgotten . Thank you all for a 10 out of 10 stay ! Fabrice Marcolini -

Excellent Front Desk Employee Mae! + We wanted to reach out to Management and let them know of their exceptional employee Mae. We were checking out of the Encore suites by Service Plus on July 5th, we checked out early at 6am to get home to Edmonton. When we got to our vehicle we saw that a vehicle had boxed us in and we were unable to get out of the stall to leave. We went back in to let them know if they could get ahold of the person to have them move their vehicle so that we could leave. Mae was so empathetic and resourceful she worked tirelessly to help find the guest to have them come move their vehicle so that we would be able to get out of the stall. I was so impressed with how respectful she was with everyone and her skills of being able to solve our problem with limited resources as guests are not required to leave vehicle information and license plates! She is a Rockstar!!! Within the hour she had found the person and they came down and moved their vehicle and we were able…

Best in Grande Prairie + It is quiet, best location, lovely staff. − I only wish that hotels in Canada would offer better quality breakfast. It is not only this hotel. Traveling a lot you see countries that offer the best breakfasts. It’s just a Canadian standard that could be different and make this hotel stand out.

Good value, good location, really nice stay! + Location is great, breakfast was decent - room TV choices are very good. Lots of charging facility in the room. We liked this a lot compared to other places in Grande Prairie. − Minor comment but breakfast eggs could certainly have been a bit better.

Good location, close to stores and restaurants and quiet + Staff were very helpful. − It was a trial to turn off the air conditioning. There weren’t instructions on how to do that.
