Great apartment for a family. + Spacious, great location warm and clean. − No duvet for sofa bed but was provided when requested although no duvet cover.

+ Great location and amenities. Friendly staff, had a minor maintenance issue that was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Comfortable, clean rooms and well appointed living spaces. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoy my stay in this place. + The room is big, many spaces, good view with private balcony, the kitchen with full appliances even they have cutlery, plates, spots, cup,… laundry is also included. The location is also convenient. − It was hard to find the entrance for parking lot and the signs on the hotel are confused, easy to get lost.

+ The location was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. − The gym area smelled very strong which made if hard to breathe when walking to the pool area. We believed it to be a scent being used in the sauna but it was so overbearing!

Great location, lovely property staff could be warmer + It was so much nicer than the photos. The room we had was small but really well fitted out. We didn’t use any of the cooking or drink facilities but it was all nice quality and well thought through for a comfortable stay. The heating and air con were good This is a great place for families and the pool was very popular all times of the day into the evening so make sure if you like a lay in you aren’t pool side ! Loved the no noise policy 10pm-8am it did mean little folk weren’t running amok too early. Great location in the upper village with different food options around and about too. Parking was underground and secure and fab being able to get the lift to the accommodation. − The noise from the fridge in the unit was a mixture between a lawn mower and a Gruffalo. It came on every hour and chuntered along for a good 20mins. It woke both of us up regularly and was really intrusive. We couldn’t switch it off much as we longed …

Struttura al di sotto delle aspettive per essere un resort Hilton + Posizione, piscina − Personale poco professionale e disattento, layout struttura caotico e privo di indicazioni chiare per muoversi all’interno, parcheggi molto stretti. Ci è stata assegnata una camera buia e sul vialetto interno al piano terra (senza indicazione di cio’ al momento della prenotazione)
