Overall a very decent hotel in Nisantasi, but there are better hotels in Istanbul in that category + Great location and beautiful view from the rooftop − I expected a nicer room and some more amenities for a five-star hotel and given the price. Looks like they're still ironing the kinks. But it's a decent central option in Nisantasi for sure.

Bad experience at check-out! + The hotel has several positive aspects. The location is excellent, the room was spacious and very clean, and I really appreciated that they accommodated me with an earlier check-in than the official check-in time. − Unfortunately, my experience at check-out left a very negative final impression. Before we could complete the check-out, a staff member was sent to inspect the minibar and then told us that a small chocolate was missing. We had no idea what had happened to it and had not taken it. For a five-star hotel, I found this approach uncomfortable and disappointing. In my experience, hotels of this standard normally ask guests whether they have consumed anything from the minibar and trust their response. Being questioned over a small chocolate after an otherwise pleasant stay made us feel distrusted and took away from the overall experience.
