+ Wir waren mit Freunden für ein Wochenende dort und hatten jeweils eine DZ für zwei Personen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für uns von der Lage her super. Nettes Personal, leichter Check-In. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Preis Leistung passt absolut. + Lage, Ruhe, einfaches einchecken. Auschecken am Automaten oder Türkarte einfach in den Kasten werfen sollte besser kommuniziert werden. − Wasser war für einen Abend und die Nacht kalt, wurde aber schnell am Samstag Vormittag repariert.

Beim Check-In ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, unter der angezeigten Nummer war sofort ein sehr freundlicher Mann erreichbar, der schnell und unkompliziert helfen konnte. − Es hätte sauberer sein können, leider waren die Böden sehr sandig und im Bad roch es sehr übel nach Abfluss...

+ The check-in procedure was excellent and while the outside of the building looked er, used, the inside is perfectly OK. Hamburg has some quite nice bits and quite a nice atmosphere and buildings but it's more of a commercial centre other than a tourist attraction. − Hotel is located in a suburb of Hamburg but is a long walk from the nearest rail station. There is a bus but you have to buy a ticket at the rail station so have to walk to it, if not back. The area is rather run-down and the police had to be called the night I was there (trouble in the street outside, nothing to do with the hotel).

+ Unter der angegebenen Nummern haben wir unverzüglich jemanden erreicht. . − Das Einchecken hat nicht funktioniert und hätte ich nicht angerufen stüden wir heute immernoch vor der Tür.. Aber sonst Gute Lage, recht ruhig in eine Seitenstraße mit Parkplätzchen mündend.
