Location is fantastic with the tube right on the doorstep with lots of food places. + Having so much close by and getting a full message before our welcome to recommend food places was great. − Being in basement with no open windows or doors was the only downside. There was also a large hole in the bedroom ceiling wall on top of the dressing table that freaked us out a bit.

Poor experience + I couldn't access my room due to a mix up with the lock box. However having now spoken to the owner I received an apology and full refund. − Arriving at 11:15pm I couldn't access the room due to there being no key in the lock box. There was no answer on any of the 2 mobile numbers provided, I'm assuming due to the late arrival. I had to find alternative accommodation which wasn't great as a lone female in London late at night. While I received a full refund and apology from the owner, I would be reluctant to book any accommodation like this in the future

+ The location was next to the train station and within walking distance to Emirates Stadium. Room was brilliant stayed with my boys it hadeverything in it will definitely stay again

Exceptional value for money + Located about 50m from entrance to Finsbury tube station. Good communication from owners and very easy check in and out ( the office is right next door if you did have any issues, which we had none).Within 10 minutes of being in the room we had two fresh bottles of water delivered to the room. We had a room with private bathroom but did have to walk past another room to get there. This was pointed out at time of booking and not a problem for us although we were conscious of not disturbing the other room, bed was comfortable with lovely pillows and duvet. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and I do mean exceptional. − Possibly lack of tv channels but that is being picky.

Convenient and great value! + Great location and super easy check in process. Great size room with everything needed for a weekend break. − Unable to open any windows for fresh air, no outside space (aware this is available for many of the rooms)

A wonderful stay in a beautiful property — we had such a lovely time and would happily stay here again! + We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, modern and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location was also great and convenient for exploring London. Overall, we had such a lovely and relaxing time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. − There honestly wasn’t anything we disliked about the property. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

+ Super clean and very close to the underground station. − Being close to underground had also a major disadvantage. In summer if you want to sleep with a window open then it’s very loud. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. It also gets very bright very early in the morning in summer so if want to sleep in late, you need an eye mask.

+ Absolutamente inmejorable. Para empezar, nos mejoraron la habitación, sin coste, al explicarles que íbamos con dos adolescentes y nos sugirieron otra habitación mejor. Después, sabiendo que llegábamos temprano, nos permitieron entrar en la habitación antes de la hora pactada. La habitación, impecable, muy limpio, moderno y equipado con todo lo necesario en un excelente estado. Cada día nos cambiaron las toallas, nos la limpiaron y nos dejaron agua (algo que en muchos hoteles ya es impensable). La atención en todo momento, inmejorable incluso recomendándonos lugares cercanos para comer. El apartamento i La ubicación del apartamento excepcional, a un minuto andando de la estación de Finsbury Park. En definitiva: súper agradecidos por todas las facilidades y amabilidades. Volvería sin duda mañana mismo. − Nada que reprochar, el alojamiento es perfecto.
