do better + The balcony − Customer service wasn’t the best. Also pool said 40 people occupancy yet there was over 100 people… also it said no glass/beer in the pool section yet everyone was drinking. No toothpaste, breakfast was confusing. When I purchased the room it said breakfast was included but then when we went they said I didn’t have breakfast so i’m confused. They also told me @4pm that my original room wasn’t ready for check in so I was moved rooms… a lot of little things that could have been avoided honestly.

+ The hotel and grounds are very attractive, especially the little stream and gazebo. The room was spacious and clean, the shower worked well, and the bed was very comfy. The hotel staff were accommodating and efficient. Everything was great!

The perfect place to host kids and have fun! + All of the staff were wonderful. Yodit was especially helpful as we were checking in early. She's amazing and don't let her go!

Our stay was great, but when I ask about getting a cookie i almost didn’t get one. Had to show my room key to get one. + Close to home, we were painting inside our home so we stayed at the Hilton. − It was all good
