Ease and comfort of accommodation and staff were well appreciated. + Very welcomed by the comfort, spaciousness, location and friendly staff. Quiet rooms - couldn't tell that anyone else was staying at the hotel - which they were - obviously popular. Drink / wine on arrival. Totally met my expectations for an efficient and close proximity to the venue for my lunch celebration at a nearby restaurant. Bed great, TV with channels, extra microwave and toaster, nespresso coffee machine, cutlery and crockery provided, great hot shower with good water pressure. Has a conference room.. Fabulous stay.. − There was nothing that I didn't like - will stay again if ever in Kew.

Ok apart from sneekey credit card charges on a debit card + What breakfast. There was none on offer. So question NA − On check in sign on display stating a % charge applied for credit card payment. Told reception that my card was a debit card, not a credit card was informed no % fee would apply. When my invoice arrived in my e mail account I had been charged the % for credit card transactions.

+ It was clean, reasonably quiet and I felt safe. − The TV did not work in the mornings ie the two mornings that I was at The Sebel.

I wouldnt stay again. + Not much. − Sink in bathroom was leaking each time you ran it. When you showered water came out onto floor. Ran out of shampoo and gels. The view was poor, not as advertised on internet.

Close to great Vietnamese food + Comfortable bed, handy close to restaurants and gardens − Lady at reception not very good. After checking in had to go back two times with issues accessing parking and getting into room.. listing says the rooms are soundproof but could clearly hear road noise from Cotham Rd

Lovely facilities. Staff helpful. Parking underneath was good. But you shouldn’t need to pay if a guest + Modern. Good facilities. Coffee and tea in reception great idea − Needed more normal tea bags in room. Fridge not cold

Great location, really quiet and nice rooms. + Location was good, room was v quiet, facilities were good and all worked well. − Only one type of pillow offered which had quite a high profile and was very firm, so it was tough on the neck.
