Parfait pied à terre à Ljubljana + Super emplacement, calme et appartement bien aménagé, surtout pour l'humidité (pas de senteur d'humidité malgré le demi sous-sol). Tous les équipements nécessaires (cuisine, laveuse..) Très bonne insonorisation. − Difficultés de communication avec l'hôte le jour de notre arrivée (peut être parce que c'était un jour de congé?) Le lit est assez petit pour 2 personnes.

+ Posizione ottimale per visitare Lubiana, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nelle zone centrali. Si raggiunge in auto; non si può sostare sotto l'appartamento ma è consentita la fermata per scaricare i bagagli. E' possibile parcheggiare nei dintorni in strada: la sosta è a pagamento ed è possibile utilizzare la app EasyPark per pagare. La struttura è dotata di ogni confort, la cucina è molto ben attrezzata, c'è perfino una piccola lavastoviglie ed un forno, così come il bagno, dotato di lavatrice. Molto pulito e curato. − Unica pecca: l'alloggio è leggermente più basso del livello della strada, quindi c'è una sola finestra che da proprio sul marciapiede e non si può tenere aperta o senza tende in quanto altrimenti la gente vedrebbe dentro l'appartamento. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in piena estate quindi NON era umido. Per noi non è stato un problema e lo sapevamo grazie alle recensioni, ma andrebbe specificato a mio parere meglio nell'annuncio in modo che chi prenota ne sia consapevole.
