+ Siamo arrivati a Sapa dopo un viaggio di circa 10 ore di bus alle 6 del mattino. Non appena arrivati in hotel ci hanno proposto un upgrade della camera e dato disponibilità per fare il check in anticipato gratuitamente. Successivamente abbiamo lasciato i bagagli e ci siamo diretti verso il centro con l’intenzione di fare colazione e il nostro primo trekking, nell’uscire ci hanno chiesto se volessimo fare colazione qua in hotel. Al check out abbiamo lasciato i bagagli per terminare la visita di Sapa, al rientro abbiamo chiesto di poter aspettare un’ora per attendere il bus per Hanoi. Loro, gentilissimi, ci hanno chiesto se, nonostante avessimo già fatto il check out, volessimo fare una doccia. Durante il soggiorno tutto è andato per il meglio, la pace che si respira in questa struttura è e sarà indimenticabile. Inoltre, abbiamo sfruttato il servizio di lavanderia e anche su questo siamo rimasti veramente colpiti da come ci avessero riconsegnato i vestiti. Un altro aspetto positivo, …

Dreamy luxurious perfect stay + This was the best hotel we’ve booked in our trip in Vietnam. Not only the personnel was incredibly welcoming and always available; the room itself was the highlight of the stay. With full-length mirrors offering a view facing the mountains, wooden interiors and even a barrel-shaped bathtub, the stay felt dreamy, the perfect luxurious relax after a long day in the rice terraces. The price felt ridiculous compared to what was offered.

+ In a quiet street overlooking the town main square. Vila was clean and comfy. The staff was truly outstanding : lovely and very helpful, especially the young tall guy at the reception, who went above and beyond with the level of service. On the day of our checkout we had a tour booked so they let us use the shower room when we got back! They also gave us a complimentary snack bag! − The staircase at the villa is very steep so bear that in mind if you have some mobility problems

אם אתם רוצים פינוק בSAPA - תבואו לכאן + מקום מפנק! במיקום מעולה! החדר היה ברמה ממש גבוהה, המיטות והכריות ממש נוחות. ארוחת בוקר טובה. כולנו מצאנו שם מה לאכול שזה לא מובן מאליו. אהבתי שכשעשיתי צ'ק אאוט הם ציידו אותנו בסנדוויצ'ים ומים מתנה מהם. יוצאים מהמלון שמאלה, יש 2 מסעדות ממש טובות לאחת עולים במדרגות ברגל ולשנייה ממשיכים עוד קצת ישר והיא מסעדה מיוחדת צמחונית. בעיר לא אהבתי את האוכל... − זה קרוב לכיכר המרכזית והיה ערב אחד שהיה שם טקס המוני ומוזיקה חופרת עד שעות מאוחרות.

Molto gentili e premurosi + Posizione ottima, a due passi da tutto. Staff molto gentile che ci ha donato un upgrade gratuito e sebbene non ci hanno potuto accontentare con un check-in anticipato ci hanno regalato una colazione! − Odori non proprio buono dai sanitari e qualche mosca e un piccolo scarafaggio in stanza

Slecht management, lekke kamer, te mijden. + Goede locatie dadelijk bij het centrum en toch erg rustig gelegen. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam ondanks het slechte management van dit hotel. − De benedenverdieping van onze bungalow, de zgn zitplaats liep onder water bij hevige regenval. De schade bleef gelukkig beperkt tot onze reisgids die op de salontafel lag. Gelukkig hadden we onze elektronica op de bovenverdieping gelaten. Aan de beplanking van de zitplaats was duidelijk te zien dat het er al meermaals gelekt had, een gekend probleem met andere woorden. Dat het management alsnog deze bungalow durft te verhuren is schandalig.

Ottima sistemazione + Camera capiente e carina, ci hanno fatto un “upgrade” gratis, ma penso sia la prassi visto che tutti hanno scritto lo stesso nelle recensioni, quindi boh. Comunque anche la vista dal Bungalow era carina, avevamo un balconcino sfruttabile per vista e sigarette, ottima scelta a Sa Pa credo. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e hanno cercato di accontentarci in ogni modo possibile. − Perdita dal soffitto del bagno, quindi leggeri allagamenti nel pavimento, non c’era tv (non che servisse)

+ 위치가 정말 좋았어요 썬플라자 근처이고 근처에 스쿠터 대여점도 걸어서 1~2분 그리고 아침조식뷰 너무 좋아요 갠적으로 발코니 바에서 식사 하는것 강추합니다. 직원들이 너무 친절했고 저희가 아침에 도착해서 샤워도 미리 할수있게 해줬고 체크아웃 후 저녁에 슬리핑기차 가기 전 샤워도 할수있었어요. 그리고 샌드위치와 물도 선물로 줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 사파는 여기 강추입니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Excelente + Todo muy bien, la atencion sobretodo. Nos hicieron un upgrade gratis al tener una habitación superior libre y nos dieeon comida para nuestra vuelta em tren. De 10!!!
