Excepcional relax con amabilidad y vistas inmejorables. + El personal es súper amable y servicial, tanto en Recepción como en el bar/restaurante. Las instalaciones son fantásticas: la vista de los arrozales es excepcional, la piscina caliente, la habitación muy bonita y los alrededores muy tranquilos para relajarte. El desayuno y la cena muy variados, ésta última una carta extensa. − La carretera para ir y venir de Sapa, unos15/20 min en coche y muy deteriorada por las lluvias. Algunos conductores se negaban o ponían pegas para recogernos o acompañarnos. En la habitación pondría colgadores y la luz es escasa. Lo demás perfecto.

+ The location of the lodge is amazing, and the lodges look cosy. The pool was nice and the staf was helpfull − The food was okay, we expected more and the beds were very hard not really comfortable.

Prachtige locatie, heeft wat aandacht nodig + De locatie is prachtig, uitzicht is echt onovertroffen. − De weg er naar toe is echt heel slecht. Je voelt je bijna schuldig naar de chauffeurs die er heen moeten rijden. De huisjes en restaurant zijn net wat gedateerd, het kan nog wel maar het is op het randje. Niet op de foto maar de Fansipan gondel gaat over het complex. Niet heel erg maar goed om te weten. “Familie kamers” zijn niet gekoppeld maar echt apart en boven elkaar

Oase van rust iets buiten het drukke Sa Pa. + 2004 vs 2026, Sa Pa is gegroeid! Wauw. Wel weer leuk om te bezoeken en nu met het gezin zonder backpacks. Ecolodge ligt prachtig te midden van de natuur. Weg naar Sa Pa nu nog slecht maar wordt aangepakt. Contact vanuit hotel met taxi, brommerverhuur, alles wordt geregeld. Heerlijke faciliteiten, zwembad, ontbijt en diner. Kabelbaan boven de lodge valt in begin wel op maar wen je aan. − Ah misschien een paar lesjes engels voor de personeelsleden. Was erg beperkt bij sommige.

Calma y comodidad asegurada + Relación calidad precio perfecta! Muy atentos y detallistas. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones son espectaculares con muy buenas vistas y unos espacios comunes preciosos (piscina, lobby…) − Hicimos la colada allí y se nos estropearon algunas prendas blancas. No nos cobraron el servicio. Parecía que habían mezclado colores aunque ellos dijeron que no.

Perfect + Beautiful location with stunning mountain and terraced rice field views right from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The restaurant offers a small but well-curated selection of local Northwest Vietnamese dishes, all of which were delicious. Highly recommend the sturgeon hotpot, salmon, and local chicken. − The access road is quite rough. Improving the road would make getting to the resort much more convenient and safer for guests.

Wauw + De mooie uitkijk op de rijstvelden, het personeel dat super vriendelijk en behulpzaam is! − Enkel jammer dat de bedden zo hard zijn, blijkbaar in Vietnam heel voorkomend maar als je dit niet gewoon bent kan dit een beetje tegenvallen. Voor de rest alles top top in orde!!
