Disappointing + The member of staff on reception was friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to a pool as there is no beach area as advertised. Nice location in terms of quietness. Plenty of nearby restaurants to eat at. − Unfortunately the rooms advertised aren't what we received. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the showers leaked. Some of our own food/drink was binned during the day we can only presume when the rooms were cleaned which was strange. Sunbeds could do with an update as they are just wooden with no comfort. No a good value for money unfortunately.

With really good service. + With really good service. The location is good, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is tasty. Staff really helpful. Outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Several restaurants and small shops nearby. When leaving, the person at the reception arranged for the bus to pick us up from there, so there was no need for a taxi.

Good stay + Silent and we'll positioned. The receptionist was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help and resolve our doubts and ongoing bookings − The only down side was the shower making the bathroom difficult after it's use

bad experience + the bed is hard & the pillow also. bedding is not clean & bad smell. They don't have elevators & we stayed in 3rd floor.

Exceptional + Employees are so friendly and helpful that it is hard to describe. Having a pool and overlooking an ocean was truly a blast. They arranged a scooter in 10minutes and cleaned laundry in 3hours:)) Recommend! − -

Fantastic, luxurious and affordable. + The staff were the friendliest, most professional and welcoming people we have met. They were classy and polite. The place itself is gorgeous, with a fantastic sunset / sunrise view. The pool makes up for the beach when the tide comes in. The room itself was comfortable and luxurious and the balcony offers a fantastic view of the mountains behind. − Minor issues such as a wobbly balcony bannister that could be a health and safety risk, as well as a wobbly pool ladder. Overall it would benefit from a small upgrade but in general it is fantastic value.

Warm and friendly + Our main impression was the friendliness of the staff here, they even made sure we had not left anything when checking out. The rooms are also lovely with character, the en-suite shower room and toilet was excellent. The hotel has two lovely pools (water is clean) and is right next to the beach on to the South China Sea. Some plastic pollution but not that much, and that’s the world we live in. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drink, and the restaurant building was attractive. Overall, yes we could come back again.
