+ Aside from the fact that the entire apartment is quite dark, it's great. The people working there are very nice and helpful, and always smiling. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, and a 15-minute walk to the sea. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment itself has everything you need; nothing is missing, even a washing machine and an iron.

Very basic but price accordingly nice and quiet really for how noisy da nang is but our 2 bdrm apartment had no access i + Perfect for a one night stay before heading to airport Really cheap so value for what we paid − We did not get any instructions about shower so unfortunately had cold shower as was unaware outside bathroom had a button to push Room had rubbish in bins and a lot dust on arrival
