+ Персонал вежливый. Если в чем-то могут помочь - помогут. − Очень давно не обновляли ремонт, ковралин весь в пятнах, мебель и стены затёртые, матрац продавленный. В ванной ужасный запах канализации. Двери стены тонкие, слышно как в холе ночью кто-то разговаривал, а утром как в соседнем номере принимали душ. Завтрак плохой.

Staff were nice, but the room condition made the stay uncomfortable + The staff, however, were very understanding and kind — they didn’t charge me for early check-out, and I only paid for one night. The breakfast was good. − The bed linen was washed, but very old, with ingrained stains and discoloration, which made it quite unpleasant to sleep on. The pillowcases were also yellowed. The bedside table had been moved away from the wall, and it was dusty behind it. There was no proper hanger to hang a suit — only three old trouser hangers. After I asked, they provided one regular hanger. The rooms look nice in the photos, but in reality, they feel quite tired and worn out.

Very polite staff, clean and comfortable room + The receptionist was very polite and attentive, always solving everything within seconds. The room was clean — small, but comfortable. − The only thing I didn’t like was that there was sometimes an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, but that’s a common issue throughout Uzbekistan, not just in this hotel.

+ Расположение отеля хорошее , рядом красивый парк, где можно гулять − Завтрак , очень скудный , кофе нет , кофемашина не работала , и это очень огорчило, хорошо что есть рядом кафе Магнолия, где есть вкусный и горячий кофе

В следующий раз, скорее всего, выберу другой вариант + Главное преимущество отеля — локация. Он находится в центре города, рядом множество магазинов и заведений общепита, всё необходимое буквально под рукой. Персонал старается держать уровень сервиса: на ресепшене сотрудник Саидаброр был вежлив и готов помочь, а сотрудница на кухне доброжелательно подсказала, как пользоваться капсульной кофемашиной. Это создаёт приятное первое впечатление. − Номера в целом чистые, но есть ощущение недоработки в деталях. В душевой не хватает базовых вещей, таких как гель для душа. Сифон под раковиной, судя по всему, частично забит — вода уходит медленно, что создаёт дискомфорт. Завтрак оказался с очень ограниченным ассортиментом. Возможно, это связано с низкой загрузкой отеля, но как гость я оцениваю итоговый результат, а не причины. Тем более, что буквально днём ранее я останавливался в отеле в соседнем городе (Наманган) с разницей в цене около 20%, и уровень завтрака там был заметно выше. Разница ощу…

Come to Fergana + The location was excellent, everything was in walking distance ,plenty restaurants left right and centre. The staff is doing a excellent job and is fluent in english, that helps a lot in that corner of Uzbekistan were not many tourists go. The amenities of the hotel are good but they could install a bar fridge in the rooms. Breakfast was good you don't go hungry. The two people at the reception are a great asset to the hotel with all their help and knowledge . − A bar fridge was missing in the rooms, so you could have a cold drink, especially in this hot climate
