No comments + While Booking.com gave confirmation, there was no room available when I went to check-in. They mentioned that they had informed your operators that rooms are full but the same day morning, we got message from booking.com saying it is from hotel. Pl look at how you work with this hotel and what mechanism you have to ensure that this doesnt repeat. − I didnt even check in to comment on what I liked or not liked. For sure, I didnt like me kept in dark until I went to check in.

I wanted to cancel immediately refused to give refund and I was forced to stay 10 days instead one d + Nothing like than breakfast − Force to stay

Extremely disappointed and feel cheated. It was a rip off at this price + Hotel was shabby and simply not worth the money. Moreover we were not feeling safe there. We spent only 2 hours in the hotel and ultimately left and booked another hotel. Did NOT GET ANY SUPPORT FROM BOOKING.COM. We had dinner in the hotel which was below average. − Everything
