Uitmuntend gastvrijheid + De gastvrijheid van Aruna was onbetaalbaar. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen tot aan het einde voelde het zó ontspannen. Hij is behulpzaam en vriendelijk zonder opdringerig te zijn. We waren te laat om onze trein tickets te boeken naar Ella, maar hij heeft elke dag, ‘s avonds tot laat en ‘s ochtends vroeg online gekeken of er toch geen nieuwe tickets beschikbaar waren. Eindstand kon hij op het laatste nippertje 2 plekjes voor ons bemachtigen. Verder super lekker ontbijt en avondeten hier! − Het kan hier best fris worden en veel regenen, wat uiteraard geen verantwoordelijkheid is van het hotel, maar hier zijn ze niet helemaal op voorzien. Er lag maar een dun lakentje en een dekentje en er is geen verwarming om kleren te laten drogen.

Troppo freddo e umido + Il titolare sicuramente molto gentile e buona colazione − La camera era fredda, abbiamo patito davvero molto freddo tutta notte. Al risveglio c’era talmente tanta umidità che i vetri della finestra era bagnati internamente e il pigiama/ magliette che non erano in valigia erano fradicie.

Good place to stay + Lovely hotel, good facilities. I was staying in their lake view room, which was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. − Nuwara Eliya as a location didn't meet my expectation, the weather is harsh and the people are not so respectful, I was cat called on the road. Nothing much to do and extremely gloomy. The hotel is very good though.

Warm welcome and great advice! + Very warm welcome and exceptional service. We had a short 1-night stay here and it was perfect. The staff gave us some very good tips to visit a tea factory and we loved it! It’s a little outside the center which makes it much more quiet than staying in the busy area.

+ Immediate attention to our needs. Very friendly and dutiful staff. Food was excellent and tailored to our needs. Helped us in arranging special food options as requested,without hesitation. Parking facility throughout the stay. Aruna was an excellent guest friendly person. Rooms / toilets were very clean.

+ I have stayed in Sri Lanka for the last 11 days in different hotels and this one by far has the best hospitality. The owner and his son are so kind. They helped me with so many things, where do I start? Firstly, I'm a Muslim and needed to pray but I didn't have a prayer mat, they arranged it for me. They proactively booked Colombo bus tickets for me. Cooked food with less spice as per my request. When I was going out, they asked me if I needed umbrella and gave it to me. I overstayed few hours after my checkout and they were so kind to accomodate it. Finally, when I was leaving, the owner saw that I was carrying a half empty water bottle and asked if I needed water and gave a bottle of water for free. He even followed up with me on Whastapp to check if I arrived home safely! They are just so kind and hospitable! This place has my highest recommendation! You can book this place without any worries and you will get the best of service.

Nel complesso positivo. Forse leggermente caro per la qualità della struttura. Pulizia impeccabile. Perfetto per passarc + Il proprietario é molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo cibo sia a cena che colazione. − Le camere erano molto umide. Una delle due era davvero piccola.
