+ The location is close to the beach. It's quiet, no disturbing noise. − The hospitality is not good. No signs showing the way to the customers to the front desk. Calling the owner but lack of welcoming. Didn't give any better solution.

Great! Will do it again! + On the beach, has the beach vibe, has access to the water, very green and nature vibe. I stayed in a tent and it is protected well from the weather. Convenient bike (scooter) hiring. Seriously have no regrets staying here, the staff are helpful and they are currently expanding on their facilities with a bar overlooking the beach. Will definitely return to see the finished product in a few months. I also think the public space they have is ideal for small events, they had a fire going and some music. Also had canoes and rubber tubes for floating on the water. − There is a lot of trash laying around, like broken toilets, broken roof tiles, I'd say dig a hole, bury it. The concrete pathway by the tents needs to be fixed/filled as they use old wood to walk over which isn't ideal if you're in flipflops or barefoot. (most people don't want to wear shoes in this area because its on the beachfront). WIFI coverage was not good where I stayed, I stayed in the tent…

Last natural gem on Koh Rong + Lovely original style large wooden bungalows set in pretty gardens overlooking and directly on Koh Rongs prettiest small beach. Warm and friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. Nowhere matches this accommodation on the island for a peaceful and natural experience. Forget your phone and turn back the clock.

Coconut beach is a paradise away from the party craziness + The location is exceptional and a true gem. The owners sister was really accommodating and did everything to make our family comfortable. We extended our stay by three nights. − The lack of Aircon can be brutal on those hot days but one look at that view or dive into the ocean makes it all worthwhile. One general comment about the island and not coconut beach in particular, lots of litter washes up from Sihanoukville and pollutes things. The government needs to really invest in preserving what they have.
