+ The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. This hotel is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star property. The photos on Booking are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of either the hotel or the room. The reality is completely different from what is advertised. The room looked old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the bed linens had visible stains, the curtains were stained and damaged, and overall the room did not feel clean or well cared for. Even the balcony was completely different from the one shown in the Booking photos, which was very misleading. To make matters even worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom immediately after checking in. That was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. We chose this hotel based on its photos and rating, expecting a quality stay, but the reality …

Luxuriöses Hotel in guter Lage + Super Hotel mit hohen Standards bzgl. Sauberkeit, Komfort, Essen, usw. Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr höflich und sprach sehr gut englisch. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns auch, dass Recycling Toilettenpapier verwendet wird. Sehr fortschrittlich, sollte es in mehreren Hotels geben. − Für guten Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine von der Bar muss man wohl extra bezahlen. Es wäre schön, wenn das im Frühstück inklusive wäre. An jedem Fenster ist von außen ein Licht angebracht, das man nicht ausschalten kann (Teil der Fassade/Außenbeleuchtung). Obwohl es ein Fliegengitter gibt war es sehr unangenehm, nachts das Fenster offen zu haben, da dort viele Insekten schwirrten und einige trotzdem den Weg ins Zimmer fanden.

+ Nyugodt, harmonikus közös terek, kellemes zenével, a Szamos folyóra rálátással. A reggelihez tálalt házi készítésű sajttorta és almás torta rendkívül finom volt. Ingyenes parkolóval rendelkezik a hotel. Van magyar nyelvű csatorna a tévében. A belvárosba kb 30 perc alatt be lehet jutni busszal. Jól éreztük magunkat, jó volt itt megpihenni az egész napos kirándulások után. . − A szobánkban a központi légkondícionáló nekünk hangos volt az alvasnál kicsit zavart minket.
