Very poor + Dirty room that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Neglected. Hair on the floor. Dirty kitchenette. Dish soap mixed with water. Towels with hair. Disconnected electrical outlets. Not recommended!

beautiful lakeside property + We stayed at this beautiful lakeside property over the weekend and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation consists of charming cottages located directly on the lake, each with an open veranda overlooking the water — the view was absolutely stunning. We rented two cottages with two bedrooms each, which was perfect for our family group. The layout inside was very comfortable and well thought out, offering both privacy and cozy shared space. A tasty, well-prepared standard breakfast was served in the morning, adding a lovely touch to our stay. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for a relaxing family weekend getaway. Highly recommended!

It's worth staying. + Nice staff, location, and scenery. Spacious apartment with full kitchenette. All rooms got AC. − There is no access to water from the apartment. Lights from the public beach were troublesome. If curtains were blackouts , that would sort that issue.

+ Тихий номер в домике на воде с двумя спальнями и симпатичной гостинной. Розеток всем хватило, кухня полноценная, всего хватает. С причала вид на озеро, можно позагорать или посидеть вечером у воды. На другой стороне озера большой парк с детскими площзадками, и т.п. и с уличным бассейном - очень симпатично. На горе с другой стороны озера отличный ресторан, можно дойти пешком, хоть и круто в горку. − Нельзя купаться - это самое неприятное и неожиданное - с причалов нельзя купаться. Можно купаться с берега, но вход в воду отвратительный - крутой склон из бетона, глины и пленки, которой высталны берега, видимо. Несмотря на то, что озеро проточное, плавает в нем довольно много мусора. Картинка на странице отеля не соответствует. Центральный остров полностью закрыт, так как всё на нем развалилось. В целом всё обветшалое, "уставшее", хотя в нашем домике при заезде пахло новой мебелью, общее впечатление - потёртое. В целом за довольно высокий ценник место оказывается хуже, чем кажется по ка…

I do not recommend, only good thing is a view + View − The first and worst issue was the towel, which was extremely dirty with stains I cannot even describe, and the pillowcase and wall in the bedroom were also stained. There were no bathrobes in the cottage, and not even basic items like coffee, tea, sugar, or salt. It would have been nice if at least some single-use essentials were provided. I cannot comment on the staff, as apart from security, there was no one present either at our arrival or at our departure
